When and where is the wedding?

Kavien and Karl are getting married on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at Stellaris by The Chandelier in Antipolo City.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive with enough time to be seated before the ceremony starts.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Yes. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Stellaris by The Chandelier.

How can I get directions to the venue?

Use the Get directions link in the Event Schedule section to open Stellaris by The Chandelier in Google Maps.

What is the schedule for the day?

Guest arrival begins at 3:00 PM, followed by the ceremony at 3:30 PM, cocktail hour at 5:00 PM, reception at 6:00 PM, dinner and toasts at 7:00 PM, and dancing at 8:30 PM.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Kindly send your response by October 19, 2026, so we can finalize the celebration details.

Are children invited?

We kindly ask that only children specifically named on your invitation attend the celebration. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We can only accommodate the guests specifically named on each invitation. Please do not bring an additional guest unless a plus-one is included on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Yes. We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. You are welcome to take photos and videos after the ceremony.

Can I bring my pet to the venue?

Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated at the venue. Please make arrangements for them to stay safely at home during the celebration. Thank you for understanding.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

No. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vapes, is not permitted anywhere at the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the celebration comfortable for everyone.

Can I make a personal announcement at the wedding?

We kindly ask everyone to refrain from proposals, gender reveals, pregnancy announcements, or other personal agendas during our celebration. We appreciate your help in keeping the day focused on the wedding.
